Maltipoo price: what a puppy costs in Poland in 2026

Maltipoo price in Poland ranges from 1,000 to 8,000 PLN. The median in listings is about 3,500 PLN, and breeders who publish prices usually charge 4,500–8,000 PLN. The difference doesn't come from a "better breed" but from what the breeder did before the sale: parent health tests, vaccinations, socialisation, a contract.
Below: what's worth paying for, what no money can buy, and what the first year with a dog costs. Prices refer to the Polish market.
- Listings (OLX, Sprzedajemy): 1,000–8,000 PLN, median about 3,500 PLN.
- Breeders with prices online: usually 4,500–8,000 PLN.
- Under 2,000 PLN: a common puppy-mill warning sign.
- FCI pedigree: doesn't exist, because the maltipoo is a cross.
- Pay for parent health tests and a contract, not for the word "teacup".
How much is a maltipoo: listings and breeders
In October 2026 we checked 30 maltipoo listings on the Polish site Sprzedajemy.pl. The cheapest were 1,000 PLN, the most expensive 8,000 PLN, and half of the offers were below 3,500 PLN. Some were marked "negotiable".
Breeders who list prices on their websites usually ask 4,500–8,000 PLN per puppy, occasionally up to 9,000 PLN.

Listing prices change from month to month. Treat the chart as a guide, not a price list.
Maltipoo with and without papers
The maltipoo has no breed standard in the FCI, so none in the Polish ZKwP either. Neither the American AKC nor the British Kennel Club recognises it. So "papers" in a listing usually mean a certificate from a private association. It isn't bad, but it doesn't guarantee health.
The parents' test results matter more than paper: a DNA test for PRA-prcd, a kneecap assessment and an eye exam. Ask for them before you pay a deposit.
What's worth paying for
- Parent health tests. Maltipoos inherit diseases from Maltese and poodles, and being a cross doesn't protect them.
- Meeting the mother. You'll see what an adult dog looks like and how it behaves.
- Vaccinations, microchip, deworming and a health booklet.
- Pick-up no earlier than 8 weeks.
- A sales contract and support after pick-up, including if you can't keep the dog.

I paid about 2,000 euros for my maltipoo. Her mother is a friend's own dog and her father is a great dog. It wasn't a mass breeder, and that's what convinced me.
Red flags in a listing
- several breeds "in stock" and puppies always available,
- "car park" handovers or shipping without meeting,
- "teacup" as the main selling point,
- no chance to see the mother,
- a price well below 2,000 PLN.
The smallest dogs are the most prone to low blood sugar and injuries. Smaller doesn't mean better.
What it costs to keep a maltipoo
The purchase is a one-off. Your dog may be with you for 12–15 years, so count the monthly costs too:
